Stafford Cutting Dies in Conyers, GA is hiring a full-time Die Repair Technician for our G.A. Service Center on 1st shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). This is a hands-on, technical role for someone who enjoys working with tools, takes pride in their work, and wants to be a reliable go-to team member. If you have mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic, we will teach you the rest.

Restore and repair cutting dies to OEM press-ready standardsConvert raw materials into usable parts for die assemblyClean dieboards for revisions, repairs, and re-rulesTriage and assess incoming toolingPerform daily maintenance and upkeep of die-making equipmentMaintain organized inventory at acceptable stock levelsSupport daily operations including loading and unloading vehicles and making local deliveries as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaWhat We Are Looking For
1 year of hands-on experience with tools, machinery, or technical processes preferredExperience in a corrugated converting, manufacturing, or assembly environment is a plusCarpentry or cabinetry experience is highly valuedStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to accurately read a tape measureValid driver's license requiredAble to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 75 lbsWhy Stafford Cutting Dies
