StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with a physician-owned, full-scope dermatology group in Fayetteville Arkansas, to recruit an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join this dynamic group. This is a clinical role with surgical and procedural components, as well as general dermatology responsibilities. The provider will spend one clinical day per week at an office in Harrison, AR, with the remainder of time based in Fayetteville. This flagship location includes:
An on-site Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)In-house Mohs laboratory and dermatopathologyDedicated, experienced surgical support staffA strong regional presence with multiple satellite clinicsKey Responsibilities:
Perform general dermatology patient care (medical dermatology)Assist in surgical dermatology, excisions, and reconstruction under supervisionAid in Mohs procedures (pre- and post-procedure care)Interpret diagnostic reports and liaise with in-house dermatopathologyProvide cosmetic and aesthetic services (injectables, lasers, etc.) as appropriateParticipate in patient follow-up, education, and continuity of careCollaborate with the physician team, surgical staff, and labCover the Harrison clinic one day per week (travel required)Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of APP experience in dermatology under a board-certified dermatologistProven skill in dermatologic procedures, excisions, and familiarity with Mohs workflowsComfortable in a surgical environment and managing post-surgical patientsStrong diagnostic, procedural, and communication skillsLicensed (or eligible) to practice in Arkansas, with ability to obtain necessary state credentialsCommitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centric dermatologic careCompensation & Incentives:
