Experience: Advanced proficiency in cable/harness assembly with minimal supervision. Technical: Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, wire lists, and work instructions. Skills: Strong soldering and crimping skills (2-3 years of experience); IPC-620 and J-STD-001 certification preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities
Builds assemblies from start to finish using work orders, drawings, and specifications. Assembly operations include wire cutting, labeling, crimping, soldering, heat shrink, potting/molding, IDC, backshell, harnessing, box builds, kitting, and continuity testing. Provides hands-on technical guidance and assistance to assemblers. Trains employees on assembly techniques, workmanship standards, and job-specific requirements. Reports job status, constraints, and technical issues to the Production Manager. Interfaces with Quality and Engineering to resolve documentation or build issues.
