    Our client is a high-energy boutique fitness studio concept focused on making group fitness accessible to everyone. With an innovative class format and a community-driven approach, this brand is growing rapidly and looking for a driven, people-first leader to take ownership of studio performance and culture.

    This position is being recruited by Staffing Fitness LLC on behalf of our client.

    About the Role

    The Studio Manager is the heartbeat of the studio — responsible for driving membership sales, leading daily operations, and cultivating a high-performance team culture where customer satisfaction and safety come first. This leader will strategically implement initiatives that fuel revenue growth while upholding brand standards and operational excellence. The Studio Manager reports directly to the Franchise Owner / Regional Manager.

    Key Responsibilities

    Membership Sales & Retention

    Deliver on Key Performance Indicators including membership sales conversion, member retention (measured as monthly churn), month-over-month recurring membership growth, and gross revenue targetsExecute lead follow-up, trial conversions, and outreach strategies to grow the membership base and reduce cancellations

    Studio Operations

    Comply with and uphold all brand standards, company policies, and proceduresMaintain fluency in all brand systems and applications that support the studio and membership programBuild and manage weekly staffing schedules while monitoring payroll expensesEnsure the facility is clean, well-maintained, operationally sound, and in compliance with health and safety regulationsOversee full function and maintenance of all exercise equipment and accessories per maintenance schedulesEnsure all systems and processes are followed — including member check-in, waiver signatures, and membership adjustments (freezes, cancellations, upgrades/downgrades, etc.)

    Staff Development & Leadership

    Provide in-studio leadership by coaching staff on sales techniques, customer service excellence, and performance accountabilityConduct bi-annual performance reviews and continuously monitor team engagement to drive studio successRecruit, hire, and onboard new staff membersDemonstrate the ability to perform all job duties of the Assistant Studio Manager and Coaching staff, and actively support their professional development

    Marketing & Community Engagement

    Facilitate studio-specific marketing promotions, audit CRM campaigns, and manage local messagingSupport and lead community events that drive member appreciation and generate new leadsMaintain regular communication with the Customer Service team to resolve member issues effectively and efficiently

    Culture & Floor Leadership

    Lead the fitness floor when needed, guiding members through workouts in a safe and effective mannerMaintain a high-energy, motivating studio culture for both members and staffQualificationsRequired: Strong leadership, management, and communication skillsRequired: Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and demonstrate a strong work ethic with integrity and professionalismRequired: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systemsPreferred: Management experience in the health & fitness industryRequired: CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire)Required: Fitness certification from a nationally accredited organization (or willingness to obtain within 3 months), OR a B.A. in Exercise Science or related fieldPersonal training, group fitness, or small group fitness certifications acceptedSchedule & CompensationFull-time, salaried positionMinimum of 40 hours per week (may exceed based on studio needs)Minimum 35 hours per week in-studio during operational hoursMust have availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends to align with studio operating hoursAdditional hours may be required for community events, grassroots marketing, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth studio operationsWhy Join Us?
