Electrical Panel Assembly (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Orlando, FL (Boggee Creek Road Area)
Pay: $25-$30/ hour
Job is locally based but some travel may be required.
Shift: M-F 7am-4pm (40-50 Hours per week)
Seeking electrical assemblers experienced in wiring and installing industrial control systems, switchgear, and power distribution components. This position is in a warehouse environment.
Duties
Perform integration tasks related to the installation of cabling and equipment.Perform panel wiringPerform services including, but not limited to, the installation of equipment and components, tray, raceways, cable and wire, grounding and bonding, and terminations.E-House equipment installationCable runningMetal fabrication (cutting/drilling/tapping)Fit and assemble electrical componentsTest systems, equipment and components using a variety of tools and equipment.Follow directions from Journeymen, Leads and Supervisors.Promote a safety culture as well as attend all safety meetings.Ensure quality by following work instructions and identifying any potential risks to product quality.Ensure work areas remain clean and well organized.Other duties as requiredRequirements

Working both independently and as part of a small team, this role handles a medium to large caseload using proprietary software and standard database systems. New employees receive formal classroom and online training to support seamless integration into the team.
Responsibilities
Verify client eligibility and assess benefits according to established criteriaReview and maintain accurate documentation for each caseEnter data into proprietary eligibility software and other database systemsEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelinesConduct client interviews to gather necessary informationManage cases efficiently within assigned caseloads (50-100+ cases)Prepare and submit reports as requiredProvide customer support and respond to inquiriesMaintain organized records for easy retrieval and audit purposes
