The Cook prepares, serves, and forecasts all items needed for menu services according to recipes and production methods as directed.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepares all foods, ensuring that they are ready for service as scheduled for the scheduled service periods in the proper amounts needed, ensuring quality, quantity, and presentation. Ensures all foods presented for service are served at the proper temperature and merchandized in a manner that best enhances the quality of product. Ensures recipes are followed and that foods are ready in the proper amounts and portion sizes for service. Reviews with staff all menu items to be served as to their content and method of service Alerts the staff to any menu changes in sufficient time for action. Reviews all menus for service periods to ensure the necessary preparation in the proper forecasted amounts according to direction, recipes, and portions in sufficient time for ideal service. Reviews with the staff the next day's service and alert them to any changes or special service requirements. Assists with general sanitation of food service department including: wiping walls, cleaning equipment, working in the dish room, emptying trash cans etc. Cleans and maintains work area at all times. The ACT/FACT Housing Specialist is a member of a multidisciplinary Assertive Community Treatment Team. The Housing Specialist provides supportive services-including outreach, monitoring, assessment and service planning, support network building, consultation to families, side-by-side skills training and instruction in the use of community resources, including referrals to community assistance, as needed. The Housing Specialist has personal experience as a recipient of mental health or co-occurring substance use services and is willing to partner with participants to facilitate their recovery and community integration.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Meet with ACT participants-in their homes and other community venues-to provide in vivo services which improve the participants' quality of life and maintain community tenure. The Housing Specialist may provide educational and support groups to participants of the ACT Team-to address housing-related skills and needs. The Volunteer Engagement Specialist is responsible for developing and managing a quality volunteer program and coordinating the daily functions of Volunteer Services at their assigned campus(es).JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with the Network Director in identifying hospital needs for volunteers and related support. Coordinates the efforts of the volunteers with various departments acting as an internal consultant to design new programs and address volunteer issues.
