This position will serve as a facilitator/project leader for senior leaders when they need additional support for specific projects and initiatives.     Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with all patients, families, visitors and other employees regardless of cultural background.Job Description:Support senior leadership with the completion of strategic initiatives and special projects which need attentive leadership, assistance/facilitation with regular report back to senior leaders.Provide project management support to drive execution and completion of key projects and initiatives as identified by senior leadership.Provide interim leadership to special projects/initiatives, e.g. lead/coordinate implementation of multidisciplinary programs.Provide financial oversight including Capital and Operating budgets for areas of responsibility.Initiate and organize opportunities to improve service and quality and to act as a catalyst for realizing these improvements.Participate in community benefit and outreach.Performs other duties as assigned.Education, Credentials, Licenses: Master’s Degree in Healthcare, Business, Nursing or associated fieldSpecialized Knowledge: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must be able to positively interact with others, including physicians, clinical leaders, and senior leadership.Kind and Length of Experience: 3 years of healthcare industry experience.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple disciplines including physiciansFLSA Status: ExemptRight Career.
