Administrative Assistant – Wholesale Distribution Company
A growing wholesale food and grocery distribution company, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office and warehouse operations.
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
Data entry and order processingAssisting with delivery and pickup schedulingSupporting office and warehouse staff with administrative tasksAnswering and directing telephone callsFiling and document organizationCustomer service and communication with vendors and customersGeneral administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsFriendly and professional communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordGood basic math and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyPrevious administrative, office, customer service, or logistics experience preferred
