    ABOUT THE ROLE

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing an existing group of targeted accounts, as well as prospecting for new opportunities. They will manage complete S&S Activewear relationships with customers in a designated geographic area and drive sales growth within assigned accounts. The role requires travel 3-4 days per week in the field, including overnight travel on at least a quarterly basis, depending upon geographic scope of territory. Qualified candidates must possess excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, be comfortable interacting with decision-makers and business owners and have a demonstrated ability to analyze data to identify business development opportunities. Reps need to understand the steps of a sales call and be proficient in account planning and post-call follow up. Reps will be paired with Account Managers to maximize the follow up and sales opportunities with each customer. As a result, they need to be both self-directed and a good team player.

    COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

    Salaried: $75,000 - $85,000 (based on experience)

    Monday - Friday, Full-Time

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    Owns the P&L in aggregate for all accounts in the territory, as well as for each customer (to manage volume, sales, and profitability)Calls on all assigned accounts, in-person, with minimum agreed frequency. Work cross-functionally and understands how to accomplish goals within the organization. Develops relationships across the organization to facilitate communication and achievement of goals.Manages administrative aspects of the job to include weekly reporting, calendar management, sales funnel management, program registration and renewal, DNR management, CRM reporting, program proposal tracking. Meets all due dates.Manages and maintains S&S Activewear's presence within their accounts, including but not limited to showroom management and upkeep and collateral management.Attends trade shows, industry events and customer events as necessary.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    We are seeking a Part-Time Merchandise Coordinator to assist the Merchandising Team with sample management and vendor management function. The coordinator will help manage the end-to-end flow of product samples, ensuring accurate tracking, organization, and timely distribution to internal partners and external vendors. They will support the merchandising team by maintaining sample libraries, preparing materials for line reviews in our showroom, and facilitating seamless communication between cross functional teams.

    This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $22.00 - $24.00. Based on Experience

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    Product Management

    Maintain an accurate representation of all vendor samples used for internal meetings. Pull samples as needed for various business needs.Maintain an organized, up‑to‑date sample room and archive. Ensure samples are properly labeled, stored, and routed after use.Manage the creation and maintenance of weekly and seasonal business reports to identify opportunities, provide recommendations and work in partnership with merchandising team.Supporting Maintenance of various documents related to Product Lifecycle, Marketing Strategies and Supply Chain ManagementCollaborate with cross-functional partners across Product Management, Marketing, and Sales

    Vendor Interaction

    Coordinate with vendors on various sample needs, Product Database Descriptors and other additional documents needed. In collaboration with the merchandising team, review vendor performance and provide feedback to ensure expectations are being met.Help Manage seasonal vendor meeting process, which includes meeting scheduling, preparing all meeting materials, vendor recaps for teams and any additional requests needed from Merchandising teams.

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    Must have a bachelor's degree or be working toward one in business, marketing, merchandising or related fieldMust in-person at Bolingbrook, IL Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast paced environment. Effective communication skills and comfort working with cross functional partners.Experience in retail/wholesale or B2B is a plusMust be interested in merchandising and understand common product related terms. Apparel and Accessories experience is a plus. Strong proficiencies in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint required. Experience with Project Management systems like AirTable and Asana is a plus.Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work autonomously and is highly accountable.Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to interact with external teams.
