    The Account Executive guides our clients through the entire quoting and binding process by obtaining all documentation needed. Account Executives are responsible for servicing new clients and managing and retaining existing clients while also maintaining valued relationships with our insurance carriers.

    Essential duties and responsibilities include:

    Client Interaction: Provides client support with all levels of decision-makers and day-to-day representatives.Follows up with clients to address their needs and resolve any issues or concerns.Collect all documentation needed for quoting and binding an asset.Prepares client renewals and new business strategies, including proposals and presentations.Introduces new products and ensures proper resources availability within the organization for the client.     Work experience requirements include:

    At least 5+ years of experience and demonstrated proficiency in an insurance Account Management or Executive role in required lines. Brokerage experience is preferred.Excellent oral and written English communications skills.Superior customer service and problem solving skills.Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems.Ability to work in a team environment.Ability to work a regular, full-time work schedule at HUB's facility(s) and ability to travel on business when required.

    Education requirements include:

    Licensing or certification requirements include:

    Manages an assigned book of high-net worth personal insurance clients with personal insurance portfolios of varying size and complexity.Work to establish and grow substantive relationships with existing & prospective clients to deliver an excellent client experience.Schedules and conducts face to face & virtual meetings with clients to annual reviews. Reviews will analyze and evaluate clients' current insurance and providing feedback and suggestions on program improvement.Achieves assigned annual financial metrics focused on retention & revenue growth.Understands carrier underwriting appetite and effectively use rating software to market accounts with various carriers prepare and present proposals, as needed.Reviewing accurate information on all new prospects/clients by documenting EPIC and updating client information in our agency management system accordingly.Additional responsibilities will include cross sell initiatives into your managed book of business as well as on an individual basis.

    The expected pay range for this position is $89,000 to $101,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope, and level.
