    Job Title: Client Services Manager - Mailroom

    Client Services Manager - Mailroom, this full-time position is ideal for someone with 5+ years of relevant and supervisory experience looking for a stable place to work, learn, and develop. We are a cross functional team looking for someone eager to make a lasting contribution!

    Schedule: Typically Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM (some flexibility outside of these hours required)

    What you will be doing:

    Oversee amazing customer service to our onsite operation by scanning/delivering/tracking/reporting in and outgoing business packages and mail (via UPS, USPS, Fedex, etc).Manage the onsite personnel in retrieving their packages and providing records management in person, by email, by phone, or similar methods.Supervise copy and print orders via client.Serve as the primary point of contact with the client and run any internal reporting and systematic needs for operational flow.Perform performance manage for onsite personnel with includes (but not limited to): timekeeping, performance evaluations, training, development, etc.

    What we need from you:

    5+ year experience in shipping & receiving, mailroom, copy/print, legal, insurance, or office services.High School Diploma or equivalent with a bachelor's degree preferred.Six Sigma preferredPrevious supervisor experience, preferably of at least 10+ personnel.Previous team development and performance management experience required.A positive and professional attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for our customers.Ability to handle physical duties (carrying and/or moving 40lbs) associated with the job - lifting, bending, etc.To be able to work both independently and in a team setting successfully.The capability to use/learn technology such as: handheld scanners, email, professional messaging.An ability to be bright, articulate, and neat in appearance.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    The Route Driver/Courier provides exceptional delivery and courier services. This position receives orders from a centralized dispatch, retrieves parcels/mail from different local offices, and then delivers the parcels/mail in a timely and safe manner.     Duties and Responsibilities:
