We partner with industry-leading software providers, including SBI Grower and Plantiful, to help businesses streamline operations and modernize payments.
Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic and relationship-driven Director of Marketing & Business Development to expand our presence within the horticulture industry. This individual will represent SproutPay at regional and national trade shows, build strategic relationships with state nursery and landscape associations, coordinate marketing initiatives with our software partners, and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Represent SproutPay at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.Develop relationships with state nursery, greenhouse, and landscape associations.Promote our software partners, to wholesale nurseries and growers.Coordinate webinars, educational events, and joint marketing campaigns with software partners.Generate qualified sales opportunities for our sales team.Work closely with leadership to expand SproutPay's presence within the horticulture industry.Assist with digital marketing, email campaigns, social media, and content creation as needed.
Qualifications
Experience in business development, marketing, sales, or channel partnerships.Excellent networking and communication skills.Comfortable traveling to trade shows throughout the United States.Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.Experience in the nursery, greenhouse, agriculture, horticulture, SaaS, or technology industries is a strong plus.
