✔ Licensure & Credentials:
Active CNA certification in the state of employment required.
CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Ensure Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain readiness for state and federal surveys, ensuring documentation, procedures, and staffing meet standards.
Lead QAPI initiatives and follow up on audits, plans of correction, and incident investigations.
Collaborate with medical directors, pharmacy consultants, and regulatory agencies as needed.
Collaborate Across Departments:
Partner with other department leaders to support interdisciplinary communication and resident-centered care.
Work closely with the Executive Director and corporate teams on staffing, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Participate in care conferences, family meetings, and community events as a clinical leader and advocate.
Support Resident Wellness & Satisfaction:
Build strong relationships with residents and families to ensure their needs and concerns are heard and addressed.
Foster a culture that promotes dignity, independence, and holistic care.
What You Bring to the Table (Besides Your Clinical Expertise)
✔ Education & Licensure:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; current RN license in the state of employment required.
CPR certification and knowledge of infection control best practices required.
✔ Experience & Leadership:
Minimum 2–3 years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care.
Proven ability to manage staffing, scheduling, training, and clinical compliance.
✔ Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations, survey processes, and QAPI initiatives.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead by example and foster a positive, team-oriented culture.
