ACE teachers support the district's school turnaround strategy by implementing rigorous instructional practices, participating in structured instructional coaching and professional learning cycles, and collaborating closely with campus leadership to rapidly improve student outcomes. Teachers assigned to ACE campuses are expected to demonstrate strong instructional practice, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to work within a highly collaborative, results-driven environment focused on measurable student growth.
