We are looking for someone to join our team in Cincinnati with great experience and who's fun to work with to lead our team to support our customer's Microsoft cloud and on-premise technologies. Most of our customers depend on our full support and ownership of their technologies, systems, infrastructure and security management to help them maintain their business goals while not worrying about their IT.

Key Requirements
Create a professional rapport with customers by helping them feel their request is your most important priorityTake ownership of requests and projects from start to finishCommitment to excellenceSet customer expectations by prioritizing and scheduling their requestsTrack time and work using ticketing systemCreate and maintain documentation for system configuration, mapping and processesAssist Support Team with high level escalationsMentor and share knowledge with Support TeamMeet personal and team targets and objectives
Technical Requirements
Work with sales team in the scoping and design of projects and solutionsWork with vendors (when applicable) to resolve customer issuesManage systems for monitoring all customer systems and infrastructureProactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availabilityMaintain security, backup, and redundancy systemsRespond to alerts from various monitoring systemsContribute to continuous improvement efforts for internal processes and customer solutionsWork on Projects to meet on time and on budget completion goalsTypes of projects include: Microsoft 365 Migrations, Azure Implementations, Azure AVD, Microsoft Security Projects, Network Infrastructure, Cloud Migrations, etc.Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the humanintervention time on any tasksParticipate in the design of information and operational support systemsManage security, backup, and redundancy systems
