    Who We’re Looking For


    We’re hiring licensed attorneys who are:


    Empathetic and client-focusedStrong communicators and advocatesHardworking, driven, and self-motivatedExcited to grow their litigation and trial skills


    Experience in employment law is a plus—but not required. What matters most is your passion, integrity, and commitment to fighting for people. We care more about potential and purpose than GPA or class rank.

    Compensation:

    $65,000 - $85,000 yearly

    Responsibilities:Discuss potential claims with new clientsEvaluate discrimination, sexual harassment, FMLA, overtime claims, and wrongful termination casesHandle the claims processNegotiate settlementsCommunicate daily with staff and managers to coordinate screenings and consultationsDraft notice of claims, EEOC charges, state charge forms, and other documents as necessaryEngage with EEOC investigators to present evidenceQualifications:Must have Juris DoctorateMust be currently licensed to practice law, awaiting Ohio bar resultsMust possess strong communication and interpersonal skillsMust be able to demonstrate empathyMust possess the ability to multitask using advanced time management skills and demonstrate the ability to organize and prioritize workAbout Company

Spitz and has grown to employ 34 attorneys in Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Texas, and North Carolina.
