Role Description
Spirit Energy Services LLC is seeking a Full-time Senior Level Field Services Technician for an on/off site role located in Caldwell, OH. The Level I Field Tech will be responsible for the safe collection, transportation, and disposal of hazardous waste materials from various client sites. They will be responsible for maintaining and delivering equipment to client sites and must ensure strict compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent5+ Years of experience working in the oil and gas or environmental services industryAbility and willingness to work in all weather conditions and in potentially hazardous environmentsWillingness and ability to work with others in a team settingGood writing and organizational skills to properly complete manifests and paperwork for tracking projectsExperience with operation and maintenance of industrial equipment and vehiclesStrong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients, team members, and regulatory agencies professionally and tactfullyAbility to assess safe working conditions and follow industry safe working standards and practices (OSHA)Valid driver's Class D license and clean driving recordAbility to pass pre-employment screenings (background check, physical exam, drug screen)3+ Years Supervisory or Leadership ExperiencePreferred PEC Safeland Training and/or OSHA trainingPreferred hydraulics license and some heavy equipment/forklift experienceCompany DescriptionAt Spirit we aim to grow a dynamic midstream and industrial environmental services organization that creates real value and opportunity for our customers, employees, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
