Gather Customer requirements. Evaluates the current situation. Determine boundaries or scope of the project. Perform analysis of existing processes. Collect supporting performance metrics. Document the process. Develop a Lean Strategy/Plan for improvement. Select the proper Lean Tool(s) and/or Lean Training that supports the Strategy/Plan. Coach, train and mentor cross-functional teams in proper use and application of Lean tools including but not limited to: Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 6S, Kanban, GEMBA meetings, 7 Elements of Surgery, Kitting and Outfitting, 3P, AIW, RCCA. Use and/or interpret tool and engineering drawings and computer aided design models, sketches, templates, tool design manuals, verbal information, master tools, production parts, digital data and various handbooks in accomplishing and communicating work requirements. Know, understand and perform material preparation, welding processes, and correct usage of amperage, voltage, pressure gauges and tips, brazing, soldering, and bonding materials. Perform various welding processes to fabricate tools including SMAW(Shield Metal Arc Welding), GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding), GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding), FCAW (Flux Core Arc Welding), SAW (Submerged ARC Welding), TIP TIG, plasma arc cutting, weld conditioning, and vacuum tight welding of face-sheet seams on tools of various alloys and metals, etc... Responsibilities Position Responsibilities: Provide advice, wisdom and mentorship on information security architecture and business technology implementation efforts world-wide Leads efforts at designing solutions to meet information security governance risk and compliance requirements such as, UK MoD CE, CE+ and CyDr, as well as U.S. Department of Defense CMMC, NIST 800-171, FAR and DFARS compliance, and contractual requirements Perform gap analysis of proposed business systems and architecture to the various regulatory, contractual and legal standards within the Spirit ecosphere Design the security architecture and approach for any future Spirit work based on compliance, risk and governance requirements Collaborate with various teams, within Information Security, IT and the business, to design secure information security architecture Collect incident/event/GRC metrics to support cybersecurity effectiveness and compliance reporting Review current security measures, design and recommend enhancements, identifying areas of weakness, and respond promptly to possible security breaches Develop, review, and approve the installation requirements for LANs, WANs, VPNs, routers, firewalls, and related network devices, as well as operational technology devices Qualifications Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): High School Diploma or GED 5+ years of related experience in Information Security Architecture/Engineering Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Senior (Level 4): 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's Degree Experience working with AWS cloud environments CISSP, CRMA, CGEIT, CRISC, CISM, CISA, CBCP, and/or GIAC certification Drug Free Workplace: We are a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
