Key Responsibilities:
O365 Migration:

Drive tenant-to-tenant migration strategies, including data integrity validation, cutover planning, and user adoption.

Implement security and compliance controls (MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, retention policies) across O365 workloads.
Coordinate with technical teams to troubleshoot migration issues and optimize performance using tools like PowerShell, Quest, BitTitan, or native Microsoft APIs.
Support post-merger IT integration efforts, including Day 1 readiness for acquired users (email, collaboration tools, identity access).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align migration timelines with M&A closing dates and business priorities.
