Schedule: Night shift, 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM-ish; 40–45 hours per week with rotating days as needed (hours may vary depending on client needs)

Perform duties in a standard manufacturing environment, which may involve standing or sitting for extended periods.
Utilize required safety equipment, including but not limited to eye safety glasses, gowns, masks, and as necessary for specific operations.
Demonstrate excellent hand-to-hand and hand-to-eye coordination.
Exhibit competence in understanding and applying correct production process methods and effectively inspect for any deviations from these methods.
Skills:
High attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, comfortable with tiny pieces. Ability to work independently.
Qualifications:
Manufacturing, microscope experience preferred. Soldering experience preferred.
