Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Workforce Management Practice.
As part of Workforce Management (WFM) implementations, STG provides onsite and remote support for the installation and configuration of new time clocks. We are currently looking for consultants with experience efficiently installing time clocks to integrate with ADP WorkForce Manager/UKG WFM/Dimensions, so employees’ punches are accurately recorded with little to no downtime.
Responsibilities:
Full installation and technical configuration of new time clocksComplete setup and integration with WorkForce ManagerTesting each time clock using a sample employee profile to ensure all clock functions work properlyRequired Qualification(s):
Hands-on Kronos/WFM/eTIME implementation experience with Clock installation and configuration expertiseExperience with Kronos setup configurations including but not limited to: Pay Code, Pay Cal 1 & 2, Pay Preps Timesheet Profile, Holiday Table Profile, Export Codes, Accrual Profile, Advance Scheduler, Adjustment rules, Work rules, Zones, Access Profiles.Duration: These are project-based consulting opportunities which have varying durations depending on the client’s requirements including number of clocks, timeframe, request for installation and/or configuration/setup.

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team under our Global Operations group.
This is a Financial Controller role responsible for owning the day-to-day financial operations of the back office—billing, accounts receivable, and client financial management across US and international placements. The role sits in Operations reporting to the VP of Operations and partners with Leadership, Sales, and Account Management across teams.
STG places consultants across a range of engagement types—hourly, fixed-fee, permanent placement, and international assignments. This role requires someone comfortable navigating complex billing scenarios: advanced billing where clients prepay against future hours, mid-engagement rate changes, credit adjustments, manual invoice modifications, and multi-portal submission requirements.
You will have a structured onboarding period with overlap from the current Back Office Manager to ensure a smooth transition of financial responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Billing & Invoicing:
Manage bi-weekly and monthly invoicing for US and International placements (hourly, fixed-fee, and permanent)Submit invoices through client-specific portals per individual client requirements and deadlinesManage and maintain access to all client billing portalsHandle complex billing scenarios including advanced billing, credit adjustments, rate changes, and manual modificationsCoordinate with Account Managers and Sales on billing discrepancies or special arrangementsAccounts Receivable:
Reconcile incoming payments against invoicesCreate credit memos in Salesforce and QuickBooksSend payment reminders and account statements to clientsMaintain AR aging reports and flag overdue accountsPartner with Leadership to resolve escalated payment issuesPurchase Order Management:
Oversee PO tracking; ensure sufficient funds prior to invoice submissionCoordinate with Operations on day-to-day PO monitoring and Account Manager communicationsProactively flag PO shortfalls before they block invoicingBookkeeping & Expense Management:
Manage corporate card and reimbursement expense trackingProvide categorized expense data to bookkeeper monthlySupport monthly review and correction processCompliance & Year-End:
Manage 1099 and W2 preparation and distributionCoordinate with HR on payroll-related year-end requirementsSupport audit preparation and documentation requestsSystems & Process:
Serve as a power user of Salesforce, QuickBooks, and client portalsIdentify and implement process improvements to increase accuracy and reduce cycle timeMaintain documentation for billing, AR, and financial workflows
Required Experience:
5+ years in billing, accounts receivable, or financial operationsProficiency with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)Experience managing multiple billing cycles with varying client requirementsStrong understanding of invoicing workflows, credit memos, and payment reconciliationAdvanced Excel/spreadsheet skillsExceptional attention to detail; ability to manage competing deadlinesStrong communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, sales, and leadership
