    Job Summary

    Our Project Engineers are responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing on-site construction activities, ensuring every detail meets our high standards of quality and safety.

     

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    Manage project controls to ensure compliance with contracts, budgets, schedules, and job costing.Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely, on-budget completion.Support monthly forecasting, cost tracking, and preparation of client pay estimates.Oversee material deliveries for quality, quantity, and contract compliance.Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements.Represent the company in project meetings and maintain strong communication with clients.Collaborate with field personnel to ensure efficient and aligned project execution.Perform other duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications

    Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction engineering, field support, or a related role.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration (Accounting, Finance, or Management), or a related field — or equivalent relevant job experience.Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact clearly and effectively with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and familiarity with construction-specific software platforms.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employer does not provide visa sponsorship.

    This position travel is required Field/Office Location: Deming, NM

    Job Summary

    CDL Water Truck Drivers must have a valid CDL with tanker endorsement. Operate water trucks, assist the crew, and occasionally perform general labor or equipment operation

     

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    Operate trucks and heavy equipment safely to meet production goalsInspect, maintain, and transport vehicles and equipment in compliance with DOT and local regulationsComplete pre- and post-trip inspections, logs, and checklistsParticipate in safety meetings and company trainingCommunicate effectively and provide excellent service to contractors, coworkers, and the public
