    Speech Teachers of North Georgia is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is excited about helping launch and grow a high-quality ABA program within an established pediatric therapy practice.

    This is a unique opportunity for a BCBA who wants to help shape systems, influence culture, and build services that will impact children and families throughout North Georgia.

    We're not simply looking for someone to supervise cases. We're looking for a strategic clinical partner who enjoys creating solutions, developing programs, and helping organizations grow.

    Help Design the Program You Want to Work In

    As a BCBA Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to help guide:

    ABA program development

    Responsibilities

    Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with a variety of developmental, sensory, fine motor, visual motor, self-care, and functional needs.

    Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths and goals.

    Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy services.

    Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other members of the care team.

    Maintain timely and accurate documentation.

    Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

    Support a positive, encouraging environment for children and families.

    Qualifications

    Current Georgia Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure).

    Pediatric experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.

    Strong communication and organizational skills.

    Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

    Passion for helping children and families succeed.
