Clean and professional appearance, ability to communicate verbally, and in writing. Ability to operate software apps and to work in collaboration with office team.

Key Responsibilities
Project Execution: Lead the planning and scheduling of MEP projects.
Technical Oversight: Interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure precise implementation of MEP systems.

Required Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years in construction; 5+ years in a Superintendent or Leadership position.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction (or equivalent experience).
Software: Proficiency in ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid . Familiarity with Civil 3D is highly desirable.
Certifications: OSHA 30 (Minimum). Licenses in Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Rigging are a major plus.
Languages: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
Mobility: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to work at heights (30'+).
Working Environment
Schedule: Standard 8-hour shifts; flexibility for extended hours/weekends based on project demands.
Field-Based: Regular work on active construction sites with exposure to weather, heights, and electrical hazards.
