  Responsibilities:
  
  Operate machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments.Modify parts and materials to improve overall production.Test completed equipment to detect and remove defects.Perform routine maintenance on machinery.Calculate dimensions and tolerance using measuring instruments.
  Qualifications:
  
  Previous experience with OD / ID Grinding is required.Previous experience in a Metal Shop is a plus.Must have attention to detail.Ability to read blueprints.Strong analytical and mathematical skills.Strong attention to detail.

  Specialized Recruiting Group is currently seeking a Lead Carpenter for a 1st shift position in Cincinnati, OH!
  
  Carpenter Requirements:
  
  Previous experience with Carpentry is requiredPrevious leadership experience is requiredMust have own hand/ power toolsPrevious experience in Commercial & Industrial setting is requiredExperience with carpentry or woodworking/framing of some kind (remodeling, construction, apprenticeships, etc. will be considered as relevant experience)Candidates must be able to measure using tape measures accuratelyMust be able to read blueprints
  Carpenter Responsibilities:
  
  Daily use of carpentry, measuring, and power tool skillsOperating saws, routers, planers and sanders as neededUse blueprints / drawings to assembly products to correct specificationsMetal framing, ceiling installations, hanging doors and demolition may be done day to dayDoing any cleaning or touching up that's necessary
  Carpenter Compensation: $22-$27/hr BOE
