Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, feeding, and swallowing disorders in pediatric patients.Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.Provide direct speech and language therapy services.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, educators, and families.Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and family education.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.Current Florida Speech-Language Pathologist License.Pediatric experience required.Experience with feeding and swallowing disorders preferred.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Current CPR certification.Company DescriptionSpecialized Care Pediatrics PPEC is a pediatric center providing skilled nursing, therapies, education, and socialization for medically complex children from birth through age 21.
