We are seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Care Staff to support individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in a group home and day habilitation setting. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living skills, personal care, community integration activities, transportation support, meal prep, documentation, and providing a safe, respectful, and structured environment for each individual we serve. Staff must maintain professionalism, follow ISP goals, and support individuals in reaching their highest level of independence.
