Care Coordinators are expected to respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24hours. Care Coordinators will guide our patients through our out-of-network experience and greet all patients who enter the clinic with a smile. Care Coordinators are expected to execute 5-star customer service. Care Coordinators are expected to respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24hours.  Care Coordinators will guide our patients through our out-of-network experience and greet all patients who enter the clinic with a smile. Care Coordinators are expected to execute 5-star customer service.
