Program Administration: Coordinate applications, reviews, awards, and deliverables tracking for the data research program.
Committee Liaison: Act as primary contact for the data committee; manage scheduling, logistics, participant communications, meeting agendas/notes, and compliance requirements.
Meeting Support: Assist in facilitating Data Committee, departmental, marketing, and statistical client meetings.
Reporting & Presentations: Compile monthly data reports, Board informational reports, marketing summaries, and updates in Word and PowerPoint.
Event Logistics: Manage annual meeting logistics, including booth design, scheduling, promotional materials, and shipping.
Survey Management: Program, distribute, and analyze online surveys, exporting and summarizing the results.
Data Quality Control: Assist with organizing, summarizing, and quality-checking Census and health registry data.
Process Improvement: Identify workflow inefficiencies to support ongoing data process improvements.
Required: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.
Preferred: Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH), Health Science, or Medical Research.
Experience: 3+ years of relevant professional work experience.
Experience or background in data analytics or statistics is highly desired.
Core Software: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Microsoft 365: Experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, Forms, and Teams is a strong plus.
Survey Software: Experience programming and summarizing online surveys using platforms like Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or Cvent is preferred.
