Job DescriptionJob DescriptionResponsibilities:· Perform, review Earned Value Management reports· Provide analysis of schedule and cost variances, Estimates at Completion· Develop performance and forecast rates to support Cost Estimating Relationship development· Prepare EVM reportsRecommended Skill Set· Minimum of 3 years direct experience in Cost Analysis and cost/schedule analysis or related experience, preferably in the ship design, engineering and construction industries· Experience doing cost estimating, forecasting, variance analysis, scheduling and baselining according to EVM principles· Experience developing cost estimating relationships (CERs)· Experience preparing cost performance reports and associated analyses to explain corrective actions· Good skills in areas of mathematics, statistics· Excellent written and oral communications skills· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail· Proven ability to work independently and as a team member· Manage own timelines to support projects in a deadline driven environment· Outstanding creative problem-solving skills and ability to work in diverse environments· Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)· Knowledge and working experience with EVM toolsDesired Qualifications· A Bachelor of Science (BS) in Math, Engineering, Statistics or a Business Administration related discipline.
