    What do I do as a Guest Service Representatives?

    As our newest team member will be an integral part of the warm welcome and fond farewell process.

    Some duties include:

    Greeting all guests that enter or exit hotel or garage, displaying 5 star/diamond standards.Collecting valet parking fees using latest technology, parking software.Answering phones with a smile.

    Essential Qualifications:

    Ability to smile, acknowledges, greet and extend a warm welcome to each customer.Ability to maintain high standard of cleanliness of work area, personal appearance, organization, etc.Ability to communicate effectively in English in both written and oral forms.Must be at least 18 years of age.Must have a professional appearance and demeanor.

    Physical requirements:

    Ability to sit or stand for longer periods of time (up to 6 or 8 hours, less break) Ability to answer the telephone and speak with guests in order to provide directions, record ticket numbers or provide overall customer service.Ability to manually calculate rates offhand, without the help of a calculator or fee computer Ability to work outside and withstand extreme temperatures Ability to use hands and arms in repeated motions (making change, punching clock, etc.)

    This includes receiving payment from customers for parking services and facilitating the flow of
    traffic through the facility by performing the following duties:

    What you’ll do

    Treat each customer with respect and kindness, ensuring each interaction delivers on the
    SP+ Promise of making every moment matter.Responsible for being at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform, and ready to
    assist customers.Counts “bank” of revenue at beginning of shift to ensure starting total is correct. Collects cash and/or validations and maintains security of cash. Makes change and issues receipts or tickets to customer for each transaction. Computes or re-computes bill from ticket showing amount due per customer. Operates cash register after time calculation (manually or by machine), calculates cost or
    transaction and displays cost of customer transaction on cash register. Quotes prices for parking services for which money is received upon customer receipt. Gives directions to city locations and assists customers, ensuring they get where they are
    going easily and efficiently.Completes lost ticket forms when original tickets cannot be located. Resolves customer complaints quickly and efficiently, asking a supervisor for assistance
    when needed.Answers telephone in a prompt and courteous manner. Maintains cleanliness of booth and picks up trash in the surrounding area. Conducts timely checks to see if a proper inventory of necessary work aids and supplies are located in booth. Verifies log of shift transactions against bank of “revenue” on hand. Compiles “bank” of collected revenue during the day once a predetermined amount of money has been collected. Record amounts received, cars in/out of facility, cars left in a facility (if applicable) while preparing shift report of transactions. Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.

    Responsibilities

    Responsible for being at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform.Counts “bank” of revenue at beginning of shift to ensure starting total is correct.Collects cash and/or validations and maintains security of cash.Makes change and issues receipts or tickets to customer for each transaction.Computes or re-computes bill from ticket showing amount due per customer.Operates cash register after time calculation (manually or by machine), calculates cost or transaction and displays cost of customer transaction on cash register.Quotes prices for parking services for which money is received upon customer receipt.Gives directions to customers to various locations in the city.Completes lost ticket forms when original tickets cannot be located.Resolves customer complaints independently or with the aid of a supervisor.Answers telephone in a prompt and courteous manner.Maintains cleanliness of booth and picks up trash in the surrounding area.Conducts timely checks to see if a proper inventory of necessary work aids and supplies are located in booth.Verifies log of shift transactions against bank of “revenue” on hand.Compiles “bank” of collected revenue during the day once a predetermined amount of money has been collected.Record amounts received, cars in/out of facility, cars left in a facility (if applicable) while preparing shift report of transactions.Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.


    Qualifications

    Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

    Education and/or Experience: Less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Availability to Work: Special shift requirements, if any, will vary depending on a location's hiring needs. If applicable, availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and/or week-ends may be required.

    License Requirement: The individual will only be required to have and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license, with a current address and acceptable driving record, if the individual is expected to be able to drive a company vehicle or drive on company business.

    Mathematical skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to make change.

    Language skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, supervisors and other employees of the organization.

    Reasoning ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but standard written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

    Other skills and abilities: Ability to use clock (standard/military time), calculator (optional) or credit card machine to handle transactions. Ability to maintain a pleasant and mannerly demeanor when speaking on the telephone and with the public. Ability to effectively respond to customer problems or complaints.

    What You’ll Do:

    Compliance & Enforcement: Monitor designated streets, lots, and garages to ensure parking policies are followed. Issue citations or warnings using handheld computers and coordinate vehicle impounds or relocations as directed.

    Customer Service: Serve as a resource for the community by providing directions and information regarding events, building locations, and parking regulations.

    Facility Maintenance: Assist with upkeep tasks including inspecting lots, painting, cleaning, repairing meters, and installing signage.

    Revenue Security: Assist in the collection and security of parking revenues from meters and automated pay stations.

    Event Support: Support traffic control and payment collection during special events and peak seasons.

    Qualifications

    Job Requirements:

    Responsibilities

    The SP+ Facility Maintenance team offers a suite of innovative and environmentally compliant facility maintenance solutions for property managers. From cleaning, painting, and general repair to daily and seasonal services, we use our environmentally compliant processes to create customized maintenance services hassle-free.

    We are currently seeking a Maintenance Coordinator, who will be responsible for the efficient scheduling, planning, and coordination of maintenance activities. This role ensures that all maintenance work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and industry best practices. The Maintenance Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency and minimizing downtime by effectively managing maintenance tasks and resources.

    Scheduling and Planning

    Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all equipment and facilities.Prioritize maintenance tasks based on urgency, impact on operations, and available resources.Coordinate maintenance activities without disrupting operations.Assist with scheduling maintenance jobs for both the internal SP+ Facility Maintenance team and external vendors.

    Expense Management and Billing Support

    Track monthly expenses and assist with billing. Look for opportunities to improve efficiency and find ways to save budget expenses

    Work Order Management

    Generate estimates for maintenance services as requested.Create, track, and close out work orders in the maintenance management system.Ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.

    Resource Coordination

    Allocate labor, tools, and materials for scheduled maintenance tasks.Coordinate with vendors and contractors for outsourced maintenance services.Ensure that all maintenance personnel have the necessary resources and information to perform their duties efficiently.Assist the Maintenance team with completing on-site work when special needs arise.Assist with transporting equipment to the repair shop.

    Compliance and Safety
