Quickly and kindly respond to customer questions.     QualificationsWhat you need A valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record.     ResponsibilitiesAn SP+ Shuttle Driver DOT will be responsible for the proper and safe operation of shuttle buses and transporting passengers, making sure passengers get to their destination in an efficient, safe, and seamless manner.What you’ll doGoes above and beyond to deliver an exceptional client and customer experience that is guided by the SP+ Promise, including answering questions, offering city directions, and ensuring each customer interaction is a positive experience.Performing vehicle inspections, maintaining cleanliness of bus interiors, fueling of buses, logging trip counts and assisting disabled passengers. Responsible for being at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform. Possess a valid state-issued driver’s license to be carried with driver, at all times, while on duty. Have and maintain an acceptable DMV record. Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager. Communicate debris, water, oil spills and etc. to garage office. Substitute for Cashiers or Valets, when necessary, if authorized.     ResponsibilitiesDaily Cashier Audits – review cashier report and revenue paperwork of every cashier, for every shift in all lots. Note and research where necessary any irregularities in revenue, cash/credit card transactions, exception transactions, and any other irregularities.Ground Transportation – review all ground transportation paperwork and tickets to ensure consistency with policies/procedures.Perform periodic License Plate Inventory audits, surprise Cashier Audits, Pay On Foot Machine audits as assigned.Provide training and assistance to cashiers as neededReport any improprieties or discrepancies to management staff and audit supervisorOther audit related duties as assigned

    ResponsibilitiesResponsible for supporting safe, proper shuttle operations through scheduling, employee communication, and shift management.Schedule vehicles and drivers for fixed route service; cover open shifts on short notice when necessary.Working knowledge of basic office equipment, such as phone, fax, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products - Word and Excel.Responsible for being at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform.Courteously assist customers and employees alike by answering any questions they may have. If necessary, direct the customer to the Facility Manager for further assistance.Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager.Facilitate monthly driver meetings, company training requirements, and changes to daily operating procedures as necessary.
