    Pay: $20.00 per hour

    Southwestern Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and safety-conscious Transportation Driver to join our team. In this role, you will safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, outings, and other scheduled destinations while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring resident comfort and safety.

    Responsibilities

    Safely transport residents to medical appointments and other scheduled destinations.

    Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed.

    Ensure resident safety and comfort throughout transportation.

    Maintain accurate transportation logs and documentation.

    Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.

    Keep vehicles clean, organized, and in good operating condition.

    Communicate effectively with nursing staff, residents, families, and outside providers.

    Follow all traffic laws, facility policies, and safety procedures.

    Qualifications

    Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.

    Previous professional driving experience preferred.

    CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license preferred.

    CPR certification is a plus but not required.

    Experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting is preferred.

    Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule.

    Schedule

    Full-Time

    Hours will vary based on transportation needs.

    Southwestern Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our residents, families, visitors, and vendors, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming environment while providing exceptional administrative support.

    Schedule

    Every other weekend: Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    Monday – Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

    Job Responsibilities

    Answer and direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate department or staff member.

    Provide outstanding customer service to residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and team members.

    Greet and assist all visitors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.

    Page designated personnel when necessary.

    Receive, document, and relay messages accurately and promptly.

    Notify the Office Supervisor of any concerns or issues that arise.

    Coordinate transportation by contacting drivers for resident medical appointments when needed.

    Perform additional administrative and clerical duties as assigned by the Office Supervisor.

    Qualifications

    Previous receptionist experience is highly preferred.

    Prior customer service experience is required.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Proficient in basic computer and office software.

    Professional, dependable, and able to work independently.

    Warm, friendly, and welcoming personality with a commitment to exceptional customer service.

    Demonstrates compassion, professionalism, and a willingness to go above and beyond for residents, families, visitors, and fellow team members.

    Responsibilities:

    Work closely with our maintenance director to perform installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on various systems, including mechanical, electric, and plumbing

    Maintain good working rapport and cooperation with our clinical teams to ensure seamless daily operations

    Perform duties with components of utility systems, including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems

    May be required to be on call every other weekend

    Demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff

    About You:

    Trade or vocational school graduate preferred

    Current and valid driver's license

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in various maintenance trade, preferred

    Ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 pounds to a minimum height of 4 ft.

    Previous environmental or maintenance service in healthcare or long-term care setting preferred
