Shipping Associate-FL Certified The Shipping Associate-FL Certified at Southwest Accessory Group is responsible for accurate and efficient picking, labeling, staging, and loading of outbound shipments on forklift equipment. What You'll Do Pick, label, and stage orders Scan and verify details Load trailers Apply labels and route documents Communicate discrepancies Follow SOPs and safety guidelines Perform final inspection Support documentation as needed Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items Report on all equipment and/or safety concerns Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Prior warehouse experience a plus Able to lift 50 lbs. consistently Basic computer/RF scanner knowledge Ability to read numerals and English.
