We are seeking reliable Light Maintenance to support the daily operations of a residential HOA community. Responsibilities include light maintenance, trash pickup, and keeping the property clean and presentable. A valid driver's license is required, as the associate will operate a golf cart throughout the community.
Responsibilities
Pick up trash and maintain the cleanliness of the property.Perform light maintenance tasks, including minor sheetrock repairs, touch-up painting, and replacing light bulbs.Use a step ladder (6 feet) to replace light bulbs when needed.Drive a golf cart throughout the property to complete inspections and daily assignments.Assist with moving supplies and materials (up to 50 lbs.).Report maintenance issues to the supervisor.Follow all safety procedures and company policies.Qualifications
