Responsibilities Ensure completion of projects on schedule and within budget. Review contract scope. Provide all contract administration including RFI's, pay applications, submittals. Process change order request Process all paperwork submitted to accounting to include job invoices, save/loss reports, billing projections, etc. Conduct regular site inspections and attend GC meetings as needed. Work with estimating department as needed on upcoming projects or drawing revision changes. Maintain good customer relations. Skills Strong Microsoft office skills. 5+ years experience in construction project management, ideally in cast-in-place concrete Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on proactive risk management. Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams effectively.
