    We're looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead landscape and hardscape installation projects, mentor crews, and help deliver the quality and craftsmanship that have defined our reputation for nearly 30 years.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Plans and executes hardscaping projects, using manual and power operated equipment Installs retaining walls of modular concrete, ledge rock, boulders, and timbers Prepares layout, using laser level, of patios and walkways with steps and elevation changes and installs according to prints provided Assists Project Manager with daily operations and projects Tracks and reports daily field progress Operates and maintains landscaping tools and machineryKeep job site safe and secureEnsures all crew members use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety guidelinesLeader for implementation, safety trainings, team building, and participation in crew member reviews Manages the performance of services to meet company standards and exceed customer expectationsMeets deadlines and project budgets
    Requirements:

    3 to 5 years’ experience leading a landscape crew Thorough knowledge in Hardscape, Softscapes, Irrigation, Equipment Knowledge (tools & machinery)Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record (Own Transportation)CDL (Not Required but highly recommended)High school diploma or GED Able to read Scaled Landscape Drawings Basic computer skills including Email, Word and ExcelMust have good communication skills with customers, manager, and coworkers Leader and team player Energetic and motivated Punctual and positive attitude Strong management and organization skills Experience with project and account management Strong work ethic 

    Working Conditions: 

    Work is primarily conducted outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind.  Terrain may be uneven, muddy, or sloped, depending on the worksite.Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting (often 50+ lbs), and operating landscaping equipment.  May involve repetitive motions and use of hand and power tools.Full-time work schedule, with early morning start times.Overtime or weekend work may be required during peak seasons or to meet project deadlines.
    Salary and Benefits: Pay negotiable based on experience ($26 - $32 per hour)Health Benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid Time OffLife Insurance and other voluntary insurance offered through AFLAC

    Southern Scape, LLC is looking for skilled crew members that are familiar with landscaping projects.  

    Key Responsibilities:
