POSITION SUMMARY:
The Business Office Director assists the Executive Director in ensuring that all functional areas required to operate the facility are always covered. The Business Office Director's primary duty consists of managing and overseeing the accounting and general bookkeeping of the facility.
UNIVERSAL PRECAUTIONS:
• Potential for exposure to blood/body fluids not likely.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Incumbent will sit for extended periods of time. Lift between 1-20 pounds occasionally. Walks throughout facility as needed. Visual acuity and good hearing.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
• Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills. Typing and computer skills. Ability to function as a team member. Good interpersonal skills with all levels of staff, residents, families, and the public.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position requires that you accept the responsibility for the delivery of services provided by the Dining Service Department. You will be accountable to observe the activities and behavior of the residents of the Community so that the care, services, and activities of each resident is appropriate and delivered to them in a continuous, predictable, and efficient manner. You must coordinate and communicate with all food services and other team members in maintaining a holistic perspective of care and services for each resident. Also, actively engage yourself in supporting, introducing, and implementing activities that maximize each resident’s identity, abilities, and interests of the residents. Assist Dining Services team in preparation, presentation of highest quality meals and service, and to perform duties as required for the smooth operation of the Dining Services Department.
UNIVERSAL PRECAUTIONS:
• Exposure to blood/body fluid not likely.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Push, pull, lift at least 30 pounds. Frequent transporting of residents in wheelchairs.
• Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend for periods of up to eight hours with breaks as provided for in the employee handbook.

POSITION SUMMARYCaregivers and CNAs are the primary support providers for our residents. In this role, you will assist residents with daily living activities while ensuring they receive compassionate care that respects their dignity and independence.
This position plays a critical role in enhancing the lives of older adults by supporting their health, comfort, and overall wellbeing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Support residents with dining assistance and hydration needs.
Follow individualized care plans and communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
Document care services and resident observations accurately.
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other team members to provide high-quality care.
QUALIFICATIONSPrevious caregiver, CNA, personal care aide, or healthcare experience preferred.
CNA certification is preferred but not required for some caregiver roles.

POSITION SUMMARYThe Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a key member of the clinical team and provides nursing care and medication management to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care programs.
