    Overview: Sell products directly to Business to Business (B2B) customers by cultivating and maintaining positive customer relationships. This includes initiating calls to customers, building rapport, recommending modifications to products and services, with the result being the promotion of customer retention, driving direct sales, and assurance of an overall superior customer service experience. This position is 100% in office fulltime - No travel or account visits.
    Primary Responsibilities: Promote continued penetration of portfolio into accounts, focusing on relevant products that match customer needs.Establish and maintain quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, establishing rapport, identifying and exceeding customer needs and expectations.Achieve customer retention goals and follow-up with consumers as required to close sales and meet/exceed revenue goals.Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing Business to Business (B2B) customers.Maintain consumer prospect lists/contact database to assess client purchasing trends; proactively and consistently seek opportunities to promote and sell products based on client purchase history.Acquire in-depth industry and company knowledge to articulate product features, benefits, pricing and make recommendations to include core and innovative products.Attend and actively participate in daily team meetings or relevant sales training to ensure appropriate sales techniques are used and accurate information communicated to customers.Attend sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts, reporting on the market situation.Perform other duties as assigned.
    Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required.Must be at least 21 years of age.

    Overview:Responsibilities for warehouse system to ensure all warehouse systems and equipment function as intended to support ongoing business operations. This role acts as the initial point of contact and troubleshooter for Tier 1 warehouse technical support, 2nd level contact for Tier 2 warehouses, and will triage to 3rd level vendor or ETP support as needed.  The individual is responsible for maintaining warehouse equipment and spare inventory. In addition, this role supports MHE asset inventory management at the local level. This individual is also responsible for developing advanced processes for preventive maintenance and assisting in evaluating other distribution systems. Other duties will include the first line of defense for all and any abnormal WMI system issues.

    This is a full-time overnight role - Sun. - Thurs. (5p - 2a)

    Primary Responsibilities:Provide support to the division (24x7) or as directed.Provide training for employees on procedures/systems.Collaborates with other functional areas to identify system integration opportunities.Manage and assist with the maintenance of the Material Handling systems (conveyor, SRMs in motion scanners, VFD’s, Servo Motors and controls, etc.).Develop advanced processes (including predictive maintenance techniques) to measure, analyze, and improve equipment performance (reliability) and prioritization of improvement projects.Coordination with relevant Warehouse Equipment vendors for issue resolution and service performance at respective DCs.Assist with the evaluation and process changes for other distribution systems (Conveyors/MHE, Voice Picking & slotting techniques, etc.).Provide training for distribution center employees on procedures/ MHE systems.WAREHOUSE/DISTRIBUTION, PLC, ELECTRICAL HARDWARE / SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE HIGHLY DESIRED.

    Additional Primary Responsibilities:Initial point of contact for on-site support at the respective Distribution Center.Handle incidents, provide level 2 support (offsite) for remote small and medium distribution centers, and triage to level 3 as needed.Perform proactive maintenance for warehouse equipment.Document and escalate issues to the appropriate vendors and SGWS SCM support groups.Manage and maintains the spare parts inventory and report as required to keep the systems ready for production.Oversee detailed root cause analysis of reliability issues.Implement operations, continuous improvement measures, and initiatives.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

    Primary Responsibilities:Responsible for ensuring all logistics associates meet DOT and CMV requirements.Responsible for overseeing the delivery of the product to the customer.Ensures new logistics associates are trained and ensures understanding of organization and operation policies and service guidelines.Responsible for maintaining the Road Net software.Ensures that the fleet is maintained properly, including all maintenance and safety-related issues.Coach directs and counsel’s associates on overall performance via driver surveys & customer surveys.Ensure productivity expectations are met and monitors progress regularly.Identify and recommends opportunities for associate development and performance improvement requirements.Participate in the recruitment and hiring of all logistics associates.
    Additional Primary Responsibilities:Field calls and facilitates actions as necessary.Train all logistics employees on SGWS policies.Conduct monthly safety training/meetings are conducted, per SGWS Safety Policy.Ensure all accidents are handled and reported, according to company policy.Ensure all route changes are communicated daily.Monitor schedules to maintain adequate staffing levels daily.Perform other related duties as assigned.
    Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
    Physical Demands:Physical demands include a considerable amount of time walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping.Additional hours may be required during October, November, and December and other peak periods.May require working at heights of 8 feet or greater.May require lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 56lb.

    OverviewThe Warehouse Worker is responsible for completing shipments by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in the delivery area; driving truck or van to and from vendors; completing preventive maintenance requirements on truck and van; arranging for repairs; collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
