Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional eager to maximize your earning potential? We are a leading manufacturer in the Single Family, Multifamily, and Hospitality sectors, seeking a talented Outside Sales Representative to engage with new and existing customers in the construction supply industry. In this role you will be calling on wholesalers, installers, and contractors, not homeowners. With facilities in Florida (headquarters) and Indiana, we serve the United States. Help us build the Treasure Coast Florida market and achieve exceptional financial rewards!
Position Description: The representative will expand our presence by contacting existing and prospective clients in east and central Florida. Candidates must reside in the Treasure Coast area.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Be knowledgeable about the productPresent, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customersIdentify prospective customers and convert them into new accountsGrow the existing customer base profitablyFocus sales efforts by studying existing and potential sales volume of dealersAdjust sales presentations to suit each situationConduct product knowledge sessions promoting features and benefits of products and installationMaintain customer contact lists and notes using CRMSubmit orders using internal systemsResolve customer issues by investigating and addressing themKeep management informed by submitting activity and results-oriented reports, such as daily call reports, updated 90 Day Plans, and monthly and annual territory analysesProvide historical data by maintaining records on territory and customer salesMonitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.Recommend changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating the competitive landscapeMaintain professional and technical knowledge by being active on job sites and customer visitsCollaborate with colleagues across various areas of our businessEngage with local builder associationsWhy Join Us?
