This is accomplished by following the direction set by the Vice President of Operations in the areas of inventory, sales, and profit. Effective communication with the field, internal departments, and external vendors are mandatory for the success of this position.
    Requirements:Supervisory Responsibilities: Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains staff for their location(s). Oversees the daily workflow of the location(s). Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
