In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless service experience from start to finish. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, coordinating service requests, and delivering exceptional support to ensure complete satisfaction with our products and services.

Greet customers and provide them with a warm and welcoming experienceListen to customer concerns and assist them in scheduling appointments for servicesCommunicate with customers about service recommendations, estimated costs, and timelines for completionEnsure that all necessary repairs are accurately documented and performed in a timely mannerUpsell additional services and products to customers to enhance their vehicle's performance and longevityFollow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that arise Requirements:What We're Looking For
