Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the church building, its property, and the surrounding grounds. Must:
have general working knowledge and demonstrated experience with maintenance and custodial taskshave knowledge of OSHA safety requirements including the handling and storage of hazardous materialsbe proactive in identifying and addressing maintenance issues,perform simple fixes and know when to elevate repair issues to the next level of management.ability to bend and to lift at least 50 pounds, carry items up and down stairs, and climb ladders.be able to work independently, have good organizational skills and communication skills.
28 hours/week, M-F, with variable hours for holidays such as Christmas and Easter, and extra opportunities for working weddings and funerals.
