Job Requirements
4+ years of full service restaurant management in casual to upscale experience preferredOutgoing Energetic PersonalityGuest focused service mentalityStrong Computer skills including Google Docs and POS Systems knowledgeP&L knowledge and accountabilityStrong guest service standards and leadership qualitiesAbility to build a team and develop management skillsWork Closely with the management team to identify key employees for development and future leadership rolesStrong culinary knowledge with emphasis on cost and quality controlsFood safety and sanitation certificateProblem solving and conflict resolution skillsMust be able to work an average of 55 hours per weekMust be able to stand and walk for period of length from 8-10 hours throughout a shift
