    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an Account Manager for a company that aims to serve their clients through responsive insurance advising. The Account Manager will join an independently owned benefit and commercial insurance broker firm and is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and retention through strategic relationship management. The Account Manager leads the renewal processes, facilitates open enrollment meetings, maintains carrier relations, and collaborates with internal teams.

    Benefits:

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop strong, loyal relationships with clients to ensure successful annual renewals.Promptly inform clients and key decision-makers regarding carrier changes.Lead the renewal process by initiating client conversations well in advance and coordinating with carriers to gather information.Facilitate Open Enrollment (OE) meetings for new and renewed business, as well as educating employees on benefits and addressing inquiries.Maintain positive carrier relationships to enhance market position and proactively secure assistance to meet client needs.Lead and collaborate effectively with internal teams through active communication and meeting participation.Profitably utilize CRM systems and accurately manage workflow updates to streamline processes.

     

    Qualification Experience:

    3+ years of experience in employee benefits or account management.Life and Health License required.Ability to multitask, establish priorities, and quickly build rapport with clients and prospects.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Self-motivated, deadline-oriented, and committed to continuous skill development.
