    Scheduling:

    Key Responsibilities:

    The care for medical and surgical patients in a Level 3 trauma community hospital with a 15-bed census, 5-bed ICU, and 22 inpatient psychiatry beds.Serve a diverse patient population in a low-volume ED with high acuity, providing essential specialty services such as cardiology, gastroenterology, neurology, general surgery, urology, infectious disease, and podiatry.Work as part of a multidisciplinary team in a hospital that functions as a primary receiving stroke center, holds a geriatric-accredited emergency department, and serves as a department of correction receiving facility.Collaborate with team members and utilize the hospital s outpatient clinic for coordinated care.Procedures are not required for the day position, but are required for the nocturnal role.

    Providence St John's is a 266-bed state-of-the-art community hospital, comprehensive stroke center, and designated STEMI receiving center. We have a full range of cardiovascular services and are home to the John Wayne Cancer Institute. We have excellent collaboration with the CT Surgery and Neuroscience group.23-bed closed ICU that sees all types of critically ill patients, including medical, surgical, neuro, and cardiovascular. High acuity, high complexity, patient population.ADC is between 4 and 10 patients per intensivist per day.The ICU has a lot of advanced circulatory support (VA/VV ECMO, Impella 5.5).We have surgical oncology fellows who occasionally round in the ICU. We also have Critical Care fellows from UCR do rotations with us.EMR: EPIC

    Qualifications:

    We are hiring a daytime physician, a swing shift physician, and a part-time nocturnist (seven shifts per month). A nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

    Local Team Collaboration:

    Join our close-knit team of 30 physicians and two advanced practice providers (APPs) at Texoma Medical Center.Work alongside our culturally diverse team, which represents multiple nationalities and has an equal balance of male and female members.We promote a caring environment, value each other's well-being, and seamlessly collaborate across hospital departments to achieve shared objectives.Sound is focused on providing quality care to the patients in the communities we serve and providing a structured and predictable work environment.

    Qualifications:

    Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution and board-certified/eligible in internal medicine or family medicine.ACLS and BLS certifications are required.Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in Texas.Authorized to work in the United States.

    Scheduling:

    Both the hospitalist and nocturnist follow a schedule of 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation with 12-hour shifts.Our current model has 12 MDs daily, one swing, two nocturnists, and one night APP.
