Job Summary:
Work closely with the Sales, System Designers and Project Coordinator to achieve handoff of the project, and establish project objectives and realizations. Keep sales apprised of the daily project activities/changes as necessary. Responsible for timely completion of daily procedures and paperwork as assigned.
Requires proven AV Lead Technician skills or CertificationsManage project documentation, drawings, and change ordersCoordinate procurement, installation scheduling and ensure project readinessRequires excellent communication skillsSelf-motivated, task-driven, proactively manage scope of work and changesExcellent problem-solving skillsGood client management and goodwill-building ability.Capacity to motivate, lead and boost the morale of the teams.Effective time management and logical decision-making ability.Capacity to handle pressure.Willingness to travel as neededStrong focus on quality.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed.Charting out the project objectives and plans, setting performance requirements, and selecting project participants.Bringing about optimum utilization of resources- labor, materials, and equipment, and ensuring their procurement at the most cost-effective terms.Development of effective communications and mechanisms for resolving conflict.Oversee projects from start to finish. Conducting inspections at critical phases of projectsProject accounting functions include managing the budget, tracking team expenses, and minimizing exposure and risk in the projectDevise the project work plans and make revisions as and when the need arises.Communicate effectively with the people responsible for completing various phases of the project.Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which includes architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and laborers.Monitor the progress of the project activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all parties.Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, and quality and safety standards.Ensure project documents are complete.Identify the elements of project designServe as a key link with the clients and liaison with salesClient training and hand off once project is completedOther duties as assigned.Minimum Job Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skillsHighly detailed, organized, and multitask drivenProficient in all Senior level technical qualificationsExcellent skills with desktop and mobile computingClean driving record and background checkMinimum of 5 years of field experienceAbility to plan and organize a team effort.Background in residential construction processes is a must
