Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.Schedule appointments efficiently using our dental software systems.Verify patient insurance coverage, including dental insurance knowledge and assist in payment collections.Present treatment plansCommunicate clearly with patients regarding appointment details, follow-up care, and insurance requirements to foster trust and satisfaction.Experience
Previous experience in a dental office with familiarity with Dentrix ascend is plus.Knowledge of dental insurance is highly recommendedExcellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for administrative support tasks.Bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse patient populations effectively.Strong organizational skills combined with clerical experience in a dental environment are essential for success in this role.Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.Benefits:
