The selected resource will act as a strategic liaison between OES, field consultants, internal MDE offices, theDepartment of Technology, Management, and Budget (DTMB), and vendor partners. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise inbusiness process analysis, requirements gathering, and thesoftware development lifecycle (SDLC), along with proven success leading cross-functional teams. Top Skills & Years of Experience 5+ years of experience as aBusiness Analyst, Project Manager, or Project Coordinator supportingsoftware development projects within the past 5 years. Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Experience with grant management systems or government-funded programs is aplus. Skilled in gathering and documenting business feedback and incorporating changes into existing processes. Act as the primary contact for field consultants regarding application issues. Communicate issue status, resolutions, and updates clearly and timely. Operational & Technical Liaison Manage and prioritize support requests and enhancement tickets in Azure DevOps. Collaborate with OSET and vendor teams for timely issue resolution. Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements. Leadership & Coordination Lead and mentor business analysts; delegate tasks effectively. Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with business and technical teams. Documentation & Knowledge Management Maintain project documentation in SharePoint. Ensure decisions and process changes are accurately recorded and accessible. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in business process reengineering or business analysis.
