Here, you will make an impact by: Partner with product, engineering, clinical, implementation, analytics, documentation, commercial, and customer-facing teams to deliver 360 Encompass capabilities for Canada, UAE, and future international markets. Support release and go-live readiness activities, including documentation inputs, validation support, training alignment, risk tracking, and post-release support. Identify country-specific customer problems to solve and translate solutions into clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and validation scenarios. Prioritize and manage backlog items from intake through release readiness, while tracking dependencies, risks, decisions, and follow-up actions across teams. Help 360E customers improve productivity and return on investment through optimized workflows, automated coding functionality and adoption of international product capabilities. Provide clear, concise communication through status reporting, issue escalation, decision tracking, and cross-functional feedback. Monitor country specific markets and customer needs, acting as voice of customer to inform product priorities, roadmap decisions and development team execution. Collaborate with 360 Product Owner(s) and Business Manager(s) to align specific country requirements with the broader 360 Encompass product roadmap. Support international sales teams by performing demos, contributing to RFP responses, and creating presentations that connect product capabilities to customer needs, outcomes, and value. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university AND Eight (8) years of HIM experience within the health care industry. OR High School Diploma/GED AND Twelve (12) years of HIM experience within the health care industry. 2+ years of experience in International Business and/or Product Development. Strong project management skills. 5+ years of experience in Healthcare Software industry. 2+ years of experience preferred in an Agile software development environment. Knowledge of languages other than English. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). 3+ Years of product and/or technology experience with 3M™ 360 Encompass and/or 3M™ Codefinder software.
