    Solstice Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician Vapor (VRU) / Combustor / Flare for our Oil & Gas Equipment client. Role is REMOTE with significant travel around the area / region as necessary.





    Hourly up to $45 DOE plus OT (average 45-50 hours per week), bonus opportunity, on-call payments, company vehicle and full benefits


    10+ years of oil & gas field experience including 2+ years in a senior role required


    3+ years recent experience with Vapor (VRU), Combustor, Compression, BMS, Flare equipment REQUIRED





    The Lead Field Service Tech will assist and train Field Service Techs with various work on oil and gas production and processing equipment. Task examples - Maintenance, repairs, trouble shooting, and start-ups on rental, company, and customer owned oil & gas production equipment such as open flare controls, ECDs, Burner Management systems, Vapor Recovery Units and other rotary equipment. Work closely with the Sales team and customers to ensure job satisfaction. Job requires overtime hours as necessary and occasional travel when needed.



    Role Responsibilities:



    Oversight and management of Field Service Technicians and HSEQ compliance in your geographical area of responsibility
    Possess an understanding of all applicable electrical codes.
    Perform and oversee work on company and customer owned Oil & Gas Production Equipment - startup, troubleshooting, inspection, and repair
    Manage and maintain project workload and capacity reports for the sales team
    Work closely with sales team to ensure jobs are scheduled and completed in a timely and organized fashion
    Leads Field Techs to install and maintain burner management systems in the field
    Complete Timecards, field tickets and equipment transfers with accurate information.
    Maintains Company vehicle and ensures all required maintenance is performed.
    Complete all job-related safety documentation to ensure job is completed in a safe manner



    Qualifications:




    10+ years of Oil / Gas field experience with 2+ years in a senior / supervisory role
    3+ years of recent experience with production/midstream/environmental equipment experience - Vapor (VRU), Combustor, Compression, BMS, Flare equipment
    Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and the Electrical Trade
    Knowledge of good electrical and mechanical trouble shooting practices
    Training/Experience in Industrial Wiring, Motor Controls, Relay Logic and PLCs, Reading and Interpreting Electrical, P&ID, GA and Fabrication drawings, working with Electrical instrumentation (Flow/Pressure Transmitters, Thermocouples, Etc.)
    Training/Experience Working with Electrical motors, starters and drives, Vacuum pumps, blowers and belt driven/direct drive motors, working with pneumatic and electric actuators and valves, detonation and flame arrestors, pressure/vacuum relief valves and mechanical check valves
    Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
    Successfully pass and obtain DOT / DISA Certifications required after hire

    Essential Job Functions:


    The Senior Accountant role includes general accounting responsibilities such as financial statements, general ledger, bank reconciliation, as well as supporting financial reports.



    The Staff Accountants responsibilities include:



    Reconcile balance sheet accounts including bank reconciliations, and general ledger accounts.
    Analyzing current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, and expenses

    Solstice Consulting Group is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (FP&A) with experience in FP&A, operational and production planning and financial/variance analysis and advisory for our energy services client located in Lafayette, Louisiana.



    This hands on role is responsible for supporting corporate planning efforts by driving analytical and research activities related to operations, capital management, mergers and acquisitions and presenting results to the Management Team.



    Primary Responsibilities:



    Daily Operations. Supporting planning for operations, capital management, FP&A and M&A by developing financial models, variance analyses, presentations and conducting research and analysis as needed.
    Ad-Hoc Support. Providing ad-hoc support for strategic analysis projects for management as well as business development and marketing groups.
    Acquisition and Mergers Support. Evaluating and screening acquisition and merger candidates, including developing initial valuation and supporting analyses.
    Presentation Development. Creating presentations regarding investment conclusions and prospective transactions for review by senior management.
    Research and Analytical Support. Gather quantitative and qualitative input and perform research tasks necessary to highlight transaction opportunities that will augment existing business and expand that business to other industry segments identified in the companys strategic plan.
    Due Diligence. Assisting with coordinating the deal and due diligence process, including working with third party specialists and advisors and interfacing with senior management to complete transactions.
    Prospective Target Database. Developing and maintaining prospect target database, benchmark post transaction operating results to acquisition pro forma and assist in development of Partnership long-range forecasts.


    Position Requirements:



    Bachelors Degree in Finance or other technical discipline required. MBA Preferred.
    5+ years of experience in FP&A, IB or Consulting required
    Corporate operations, inventory and capital planning experience required
    Knowledge of the oil & gas onshore sector strongly preferred
    Strong proficiency in corporate planning, valuation analysis, financial modeling and presentations
    Expert level MS Excel skills required
    Netsuite ERP experience preferred


    BASE SALARY OF $100K - $140K DOE PLUS BONUS AND EXCELLENT BENEFITS
